We welcome corrections, updates and general questions about visiting aquariums on the French Atlantic coast. This site contains no forms or user accounts, so the easiest way to reach us is by email or telephone. We aim to reply within three working days.

What we can help with

Our team can answer general questions about the aquariums described on this site, such as which season is least crowded, what the difference is between the major sites, which is most suitable for a specific age group, or whether a particular exhibit we describe is still active. We are also grateful to hear from readers who find that a page is out of date or who have a useful tip to share.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell tickets and we do not manage reservations for Aquarium de La Rochelle, Océanopolis, Nausicaa, the Vannes aquarium or any other site. We cannot change, cancel, confirm or refund an entry. For anything related to admission, please contact the aquarium directly through its official website or its ticket desk. Do not send reservation details to us; we have no access to any booking system.

Protect yourself

We never ask for card details, passwords, documents or payments. No one from Atlantic Aqua Guide will contact you to request a deposit, offer a discounted entry or ask you to confirm personal information. If you receive such a message using our name, it is fraudulent. When arranging admission to any attraction, type the official address yourself, verify the connection is secure and do not trust unsolicited offers from social media or street sellers.

Media and partnerships

Atlantic Aqua Guide is an independent editorial site. We do not accept paid content, sponsored reviews or affiliate arrangements. Journalists who wish to quote our material may write to us by email. We will also consider suggestions for additional aquariums and marine sites to cover in future editions of the guide.

Languages

We can correspond in English and French. Please state the page you are writing about if you are reporting a correction. We aim to reply within three working days, which may be extended during French public holidays.
